Your Happiness (Stop Playing Games)!

When we become more aware of our own true and unique feelings we are more likely to find our own personal happiness. A good indicator; is what we do when nobody is watching us.
I believe if we change how we think, we can change how we feel. I am so excited that science has provided information on how our bodies react to positive emotions and the toll it takes on us when we allow negative emotions to rule our beings.
God paid a colossal price for us all to be happy. He placed the power back in his children hand that we may walk daily in happiness.
Rule over your emotions or they will rule your life.
• What are you doing today to feel happier?
• Do you know what makes you feel happy?
• What is your thought life filled with (the unseen)?
• Are you selfish and need others to blame for your conditions (feelings & thoughts)?
• How many people in your life today are feeling sad because you are unhappy?

John 10:34 (N.I.V.)Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law, 'I have said you are gods'?

Terence,

I can think of a few people that are sad this holiday season for different reasons. I'm praying for them that God will work through them to truly be happy! He doesn't want us walking around in a slump and feeling down in the dumps. For those that know Christ as their personal Lord and Savior have a lot to be rejoicing about!

When I think of his goodness Marquita! First, you hit the nail on the head; we all need to be thankful in season and out. Thank you for your comment and I pray, that this blog will help all to dig deeper and don’t ever give up because they are the gift, a wonder and a workmanship. That is right! You are a phenomenon (No one is like you)! Terence Sr., 09
