If you are sad for long periods of time (like each day) your body will pay the price, by aging faster, sickness and diseases.
The Big 3 is; anger, anxiety and depression! I’m going to blow the cap off: You can teach yourself Negative Emotions (NE)! Your body will gain knowledge of what you do, think and say each day.
The good news is, that you can change NE, by what you do, think and say each day also. Here is the balm to apply: Laughter is the best way of healing hurt feelings. Train yourself to laugh, laugh and laugh each day -- your body will love you.

Yes TEG. this is so true. all a person needs to do is to start to speak joy and beauty into their life for it to be manifested. The same holds true with N.E. I love that Proverb 17:22 Thank you for this good word TEG.
