My friends each of you are a marvel a wonder of God’s work.
Your body is a miracle take a moment and touch something, smell something and look at something.
When your hand picks up a cup of water for a drink notice it.
Think how many systems are operating just so you can drive a car.
You can pick up a book and read (awesome).
Somehow a person can take a stick put it into paint and create a beautiful picture.
Somehow someone can look at a tree and see a guitar, chair, table and paper.
Someone can see a branch and a rope and see a meal.
Some can feel a beat and create a song.
Someone once said “stop and smell the roses.”
Take care of yourself. What are you not noticing about you? What are you not grateful about you?
